Reservations are confirmed by receipt of a deposit for one nights lodging. Payment is accepted by cash or personal check.Cancellation Policy: Seven (7) days notice is required of cancellation. A refund will be given, less a cancellation fee. If less than seven (7) days notice is given, a refund (less cancellation fee) will be given only if we are able to re-rent the room for the full length of your reservation. Check-in information: If you have not done so already, please notify us of your expected time of arrival. Most of our check-ins occur between 3PM and 8PM. If you find it necessary to arrive after this time, please call and make special arrangements for a late check-in. We are a non-smoking inn (you are welcome to smoke on the porch) and do not have accommodations for children or pets. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We look forward to your visit.
